About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming sea-view flat for rent in the town of Plomodiern. It measures 46 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 23 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area (sleeps two) and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (4G router), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 23 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area...
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190), featuring a blackout-ready bay window overlooking the interior of the flat (rather than directly onto the outside).
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a high chair, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a cot, a plancha, a fan, and an ironing board.
Outside:
- A 12 m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Plomodiern, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Activities:
- A range of water sports: swimming, sand yachting, surfing, kitesurfing…
- Walks along the coastal path (GR34).
- Close to places of interest: Locronan, Douarnenez, Pointe du Raz, the magnificent coastline of the Crozon Peninsula…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimper station, approximately 39 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne Airport, approximately 39 minutes’ drive away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free, unlimited internet, but with modest speeds (4G router pending connection to the fibre-optic network, which is currently being installed)
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
