Completed in 2024, the cozy and lovingly furnished Bungalow No. 02 “Fantasie” can accommodate up to 2 people. The non-smoking bungalow covers approximately 40 m². Upon entering the house, you’ll find the open kitchenette, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a blender, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. In the adjoining living area, a dining area featuring a counter-style table with comfortable chairs complements the kitchen space. In the living area, a couch with a coffee table, a designer floor lamp, and a sideboard featuring a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a DAB radio provide all the comfort you need. The cozy atmosphere is further enhanced by several photographs. The large patio door lets in plenty of natural light. A small step leads out to your furnished south-facing patio, which features a patio umbrella, a charcoal grill, and a wall-mounted clothes dryer. In the large bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), illuminated nightstands, a wardrobe, blackout curtains, and insect screens, you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, a makeup mirror, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. The entire bungalow is finished with high-quality ceramic tile flooring. For cool or hot days, you can use the split-system unit (air conditioning & heating) located in the living area. In the small storage room in the entryway, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, mopping supplies, and a broom with a hand brush and dustpan. Would you like to go biking during your vacation? For this purpose, you’ll find two additional bicycles with 26- and 28-inch frame sizes in the adjacent bike shed, which you’re welcome to use (not included in the rental agreement), or you’re also welcome to bring your own bikes, which you can store here. A parking space (No. 2) is located directly on the property and is included for your use. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel) for up to 14 days for an additional fee or by bringing your own. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.

The prepayment for utility costs is calculated based on individual usage (electricity: 0.30 euros/kWh) and refunded after departure.



Completed in 2024, cozy and adjacent bungalows “Harmonie” and “Fantasie,” completed in 2024, are located in the village center of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Baabe in the Mönchgut region, centrally situated between the Baltic Sea and the Having River. The beautiful, wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is about 1,000 meters away, but you can easily reach it via the “Uns lütt Bahn” resort train, by bike, or on a leisurely stroll. Discover the Mönchgut region—about 10 km long and 3 km wide, stretching from Baabe to Klein Zicker—with its natural amenities, tranquility, and the scent of nature. There’s a lovely children’s playground on Bollwerkstraße. Bicycle and hiking trails are also in the immediate vicinity. The “Rasende Roland” calls out “Hop on!” from afar—pure idyll. From Baaber Bollwerk Harbor, you can take boat tours on excursion ships to destinations such as Lauterbach. Additionally, the world’s smallest ferry is located here. The ferryman will personally row you to the other side of the Baaber Beek. Various shopping options, restaurants, and cafés round out the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Göhren, Sellin, and Binz—Baltic Sea resorts full of beautiful seaside architecture—are also part of the area. We wish you a peaceful and memorable vacation on the Baltic Sea.
