Bungalow 01 Harmony with terrace - S: Bungalow Harmony & Fantasy

Completed in 2024, the cozy and lovingly furnished Bungalow No. 01 “Harmonie” can accommodate up to 2 to 4 people. This non-smoking bungalow measures approximately 44 m². Upon entering the house, you’ll find the open kitchenette, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a blender, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. In the adjoining living area, a dining area complements the kitchen space. The living area offers all the comforts you need, including a couch with a coffee table, a designer floor lamp, a sideboard with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a DAB radio. The cozy atmosphere is further enhanced by several photographs. The large patio door lets in plenty of natural light. A small step leads out to your furnished patio (south/east-facing), which features a patio umbrella, a charcoal grill, and a wall-mounted clothes dryer. In the large bedroom, featuring a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a wardrobe, blackout curtains, and insect screens, you can enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The small bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 0.80 m x 1.90 m). The modern, naturally lit bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink area, a toilet, a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. The entire bungalow is tiled with high-quality ceramic tiles. For cool or hot days, you can use a split-system unit (air conditioning & heating) located in the living area. In the small storage room in the entryway, you’ll find a vacuum cleaner, mopping supplies, and a broom with a hand brush and dustpan. Would you like to go biking during your vacation? For this purpose, you’ll find an additional 4 bicycles in the adjacent bike shed with frame sizes of 24, 26, 26, and 28, which you’re welcome to use (not included in the rental agreement), or you’re also welcome to bring your own bikes, which you can store here. A parking space (No. 1) is located directly on the property and is included for your use. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small hand towel) for up to 14 days for an additional fee or by providing your own items. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.

The advance payment for utility costs is calculated based on individual consumption (electricity: 0.30 euros/kWh) and refunded after departure.



Completed in 2024, cozy, adjacent bungalows “Harmonie” and “Fantasie” are located in the village center of the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Baabe in the Mönchgut region, centrally situated between the Baltic Sea and the Having. The beautiful, wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is about 1,000 meters away, but you can easily reach it via the “Uns lütt Bahn” resort train, by bike, or on a leisurely walk. Discover the Mönchgut region—about 10 km long and 3 km wide, stretching from Baabe to Klein Zicker—with its natural amenities, tranquility, and the scent of the outdoors. There is a lovely children’s playground on Bollwerkstraße. Bicycle and hiking trails are also located in the immediate vicinity. The “Rasende Roland” calls out “Hop on!” from afar—pure idyll. From the Baaber Bollwerk harbor, you can take boat tours on excursion ships to destinations such as Lauterbach. The world’s smallest ferry is also located here. The ferryman will personally row you to the other side of the Baaber Beek. A variety of shopping options, restaurants, and cafés round out the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Göhren, Sellin, and Binz—Baltic Sea resorts full of beautiful resort architecture—are also part of the area. We wish you a peaceful and imaginative vacation on the Baltic Sea.
