Overall we loved our stay. The property was beautiful. In general, it was well cared for, clean, and comfortable. We appreciated the starter packs of items left for us (tp, dish soap, hand soap) as well as the beach chairs. We did need to clean out the primary suite tub drain as it was very clogged, and the in-sink disposal in the kitchen was broken. It would have been helpful to have instructions for using the induction stove as there was cookware that was not compatible with it--that took us a bit to figure out why the stove wouldn't 'work.' We did not attempt the outdoor shower as equipment was being stored in there. We had to dig one of the kayaks out from under the house, and the bikes advertised in the listing were in very poor condition. We did lose water suddenly one afternoon due to a water main break from some utility work. Only after we called the rental company did they send out a message regarding the situation and then also did not follow up to make sure all was ok later in the evening.
