“1 Southern Brew” is Bald Head living at it's finest! This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. It is located in the Lighthouse Landing Community, which is walking distance to the neighborhood dock leading to the Bald Head Island creek. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck or explore the scenic views of the Bald Head Island creek kayaking or paddle boarding. The Old Baldy lighthouse is a short walk away or walk the 13 miles of beaches, which are just a short cart ride away!
The main living area of the house consists of the living room, dining area and well stocked kitchen. On the next level you have a half bath and an expansive master king suite. Upstairs you have two more bedrooms ( a queen bed with a twin daybed/trundle in the first room and king in the third bedroom) and two bathrooms

This week was perfect. Home was as described and more. The location of the home was perfect. Kids loved walking down the doc to fish, some crabbing until we took them over to Keepers Landing. The bird feeder was fun to watch through the day. Quick bike ride to south beach or the marina. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home on Bald Head Island. The location was perfect-peaceful, yet convenient to the marina and the market. The layout was ideal for our family, giving everyone their own space. We appreciated the 6 seat golf cart which allowed our group to ride together at times. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed all over the island and loved staying at Lighthouse Landing. We loved the boardwalk overlooking the marsh and loved being close to the lighthouse, harbor, the turtle pond, and BHI Club. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained and had all the essentials. We had a great time!
