Nestled on a quiet street in the maritime forest lies For Rest. The downstairs main living space features a comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen along with 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find 2 more queen bedrooms, 2 more bathrooms and a loft with 2 bunk beds and a trundle making this house the perfect paradise for a large family or 2 combined families as it sleeps 13 people. Sit on the new teak furniture on the back screened in patio with a view of the 5th hole on the BHI golf club or on the front porch to enjoy your coffee and listen to the chirping birds. Centrally located on the island, this house is convenient to all the island's many amenities and its beaches.
The owner of this house would like renters to appreciate and cherish the beauty of Bald Head Island and its unique combination of wildlife, protected forests and exquisite beaches and encourages renters to put their food scraps in the container provided and then take them to the community garden to compost.

Nice home, location was convenient, home was a little dirty upon arrival and some of the dishes needed rewashing especially the coffee cups. Overall it was a nice trip with our family but we will probably try and find a different home next time. Outside was very overgrown and one of the chairs on the porch was broken.
