*Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied. Please check club websites to verify all temporary membership pricing as rates may change.
*You have access to Golf with the membership for an additional fees, please contact BHI Club directly for more detailed information.
*NO SMOKING allowed at this property.
*This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee for two dogs is $350.
*Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
*Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
*Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
*Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
*Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
*No events or parties. If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
*If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
*No uninvited guests without permission
***Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee***

My week-long stay at the newly constructed Holly Creek Cottage was awesome. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing great meals. We enjoyed the adjoining family/dining room. Bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. The screen porch on the back of the house overlooks the BHI golf course. The front porch was a relaxing place for drinks and conversation. Two golf carts and two bicycles made it easy for us to get around the island. I would definitely rent the cottage again for future vacations on BHI.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful time vacationing in the beautifully decorated and nicely furnished home. Whether your party is a group of adults seeking quite charm or a rambunctious family with young children, this home can accommodate everyone. We loved the location on the island and also the fact that there, through the tiny tropical “jungle” mere yards away, was a beautiful golf course!
Thank you for this adventure. We will certainly be back again. Absolutely worth it!

Just returned from a magical stay at "Holly Creek Cottage," a brand-new, three+ bedroom haven nestled right alongside the golf course on exclusive Bald Head Island, and I'm already counting the days until I can return! This home perfectly embodies cozy luxury, offering an unparalleled retreat for relaxation and fun.
From the moment we arrived, the thoughtful details were evident. Having two golf carts at our disposal made exploring the island's pristine beaches and charming shops an absolute breeze – a necessity on this car-free paradise. The home itself is a masterpiece of design, blending comfort with high-end finishes.
The huge kitchen was a chef's dream, truly the heart of the home. Equipped with a KitchenAid stand mixer and a fantastic array of small appliances, it made preparing meals a joy. We loved gathering around the spacious island, sharing stories and delicious food. For quiet mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings with a book, the screened-in porch was our favorite spot, offering serene views and a gentle breeze.
Each of the three bedrooms provided plush comfort after days filled with island adventures. Whether you're seeking a golf getaway, a family retreat, or simply a tranquil escape, "Holly Creek Cottage" delivers on every front.
