You will have it all with this newly built custom home. “This Must Be The Place” has 3 owner suites with king beds and private bathrooms, bunk room with king, queen and 2 twins, Gourmet Kitchen, 2 new 6 passenger carts, huge screened in deck overlooking the golf course with plenty of seating and much more.
Enjoy golf, pools, restaurants and most amenities at both island clubs. This Must Be The Place is located on the 6th fairway of Bald Head Island Course, across from the Kayak Launch. You will have a choice of guest memberships at either BHI Club or the Shoals Club. The BHI membership is Lifestyle with golf available. You will be close to the marina, shops and restaurants located in that part of the island.
Get out on the water! Take a relaxing a relaxing stroll in Bald Head Creek and enjoy the wildlife and peace of the marsh. This Must Be The Place provides 2 kayaks, a large canoe and a Stand Up Paddle Board. The Kayaks are located right across the street in the Kayak Launch area, no having to haul kayaks around.

Relax in the back deck with a beverage or meal and enjoy the comfort of the large couch or the big table and enjoy the privacy while watching the golfers. *Please make yourself aware of our cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.
*Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
*Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.*
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict
tenants and guests with no refund given.

Beautiful home, nice views of the golf course, private backyard with cute deer sightings, and excellent communication from iTrip ensuring our stay is a memorable one. The only downside to this rental is…having to leave! Book a couple days longer than you think you want to stay, you’ll thank me later! 😀

Thank you all for helping making this a geat trip. House is beautiful and very well equiped. We are already talking about our next booking. I have NO complaints.
As an FYI the freezer doesn't work very well at all but this was not a problem for us. Also not sure who's responsiblity it is (maybe renters) but two tv remotes need batteries.

Wonderful home! Our family of 8 loved staying at "This Must Be the Place". Great location. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. Each bedroom had its own bath which was very nice. Great back porch. Plenty of chairs, beach towels, games etc. Really nice golf carts. We look forward to renting this home again next fall!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Large enough for everyone to sleep comfortably but also perfect size for everyone to hang out and enjoy each others company! The kitchen and stocked cookware and ALL THE THINGS was so nice to have….and yes, having TWO six seater golf carts made it all a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!
