About this house rental
Newly renovated for summer of 2025! Our family loves to vacation at the beach and we think you will find that our house has everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing time on BHI.
Our home is 2500 square feet all on one level and offers generous living, dining and kitchen areas in the center between the 2 sleeping areas. Great views from every room. This layout makes it a perfect vacation rental for 2 small or one large family. The house is 50 steps across the street from the beach access and a 7 minute walk to the Bald Head Island Club. It is a short ten minute ride to the Maritime Market and about the same distance to the island ferry landing.
• East side has 2 Queen bedrooms, Bedroom with a bunk single, twin bed and a twin mattress that can be placed on the floor and a bathroom to share.
• West side has King Bedroom with en suite full bath, Full bathroom off of hallway and bedroom with 2 twins.
• Center living area has a large seating area and wet bar as well as a smaller seating area and a casual dining/game table. Large dining area seats 10 comfortably. Also included is a Smart TV, DVD/CD player and a wide variety of music CD’s
• Galley kitchen (renovated spring of 2022) opens to the living area with a breakfast bar for 4. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs.
• South west facing large front deck with screen porch as well as a new sun room which has a spectacular view of South Beach. Beautiful place to watch the sunset! A new deck on the East side of the house also provides great views and more outside space to enjoy the ocean breeze and relax.
• Cool and inviting north east facing rear deck is a great place for quiet afternoon reading.
• Outdoor shower with dressing area to refresh yourself and the kids after a day at the beach.
We have 3 four passenger golf carts. There is decking under the house which is a nice hangout area for kids with mini-golf, ping pong, pop-a-shot, corn hole and other games. There is an updated outdoor shower. There is all new paint inside and out, an ice maker and beverage fridge.

• Complimentary secure WI-FI
• Supply of paper products
• Pantry of herbs, spices, condiments, plastic wrap, aluminum foil,etc. We ask our guests to use what they need, leave what they found for the next guests.
• Complimentary Dish washer soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, soap and cleaning products.
• Fresh clean bedding and towels and beach towels

The house was excellent with awesome views, and is about 100 feet to the easy beach access. Our stay was beyond remarkable!! We enjoyed everything about the house. It's obvious the owners have put major efforts into their home to make our stay comfortable. Did I mention a fully stocked bar, a screened in porch, a nice dinning table and a great sunset view? We'll be back!

Spacious shared spaces and decks allaround the house. We appreciated the dishes and cookware, linens, toys, games, and beach paraphernalia . The house is comfortable, laid back, sunny. Three golf carts very handy. Responsive host. Beach access exceptionally good, though the dune blocks views of the water.

This house was perfect for our family long weekend. Great layout, great location. Very well stocked kitchen and linens. All 3 golf carts were in great shape, as were the bikes. Wonderful owners, easy to communicate with. 5 stars all the way around.
