This newly-renovated property features all new appliances and wood-effect porcelain tile floors throughout. Elegantly and expertly furnished, this house is as cozy and comfortable as it is luxurious, boasting all-cotton bedding and bath towels as well as a 55-inch flat screen smart TV with plenty of free streaming options. As for location, Gulfport is conveniently located between downtown St Pete and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate its proximity to the Pinellas Trail while beachgoers will be delighted by the best beaches in the US nearby.

This property was the perfect place. The host was friendly and responsive. The house was clean and well cared for. It was in an awesome location between the beach and downtown. The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. It was just what we needed. This charming home exceeded our expectation in every way.
