This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath second floor condo has high speed internet and a split floor plan. The master bedroom features a new king size bed (2024) and flat screen TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with linen closet. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, a walk-in closet, TV for your Roku or Fire stick, and ensuite full bathroom with linen closet. The bright kitchen looks into the living room and is well-equipped with a dishwasher, breakfast bar, and Keurig. The living room features new flooring and furniture (2023), new Smart TV, and dining area. Enjoy breakfast in the pleasant morning sunlight on the rear lanai.
Every evening, stroll with a cocktail down to the private bay beach to put your feet in the sand, have a seat by the pool, or find a tiki table to sit at and enjoy the amazing view of each unique sunset over Boca Ciega Bay. On the beach, see boats, birds, and the occasional dolphin & manatee. Meet Ozzie and Harriet, our resident ospreys in their impressive nest across from the tennis courts. Winter and spring guests can watch their family grow from egg to chick and the hatchlings' first flight! Egrets, herons, spoonbills, pelicans, cormorants... Bermuda Bay is a birder's paradise!
The condo is steps away from one of Bermuda Bay's two pools. The "family pool" is new (2022) and is great for exercising or relaxing after a game of tennis or pickle ball on the adjacent courts. For more of a social scene, head to the front bay pool which overlooks the beach along with the spa & small putting green. Both pools are heated in the winter. Since you're just a few minutes from the best gulf beaches, beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, and towels are provided in your condo! Thank you very much for a wonderful 4 weeks stay at Bermuda Bay. In the condo, everything you need is available (apart from the washing machine and dryer – which you know in advance anyway). The condo is in a very well-maintained condition and is equipped with everything you need: it has enough towels for the pool and beach, sufficient pots and pans to cook at home sometimes, parking spaces directly in front of the entrance and two access points (front door and access via the patio). It takes about 5 minutes to get to the "big" pool with a jacuzzi, but you are rewarded with great sunsets.

Bermuda Bay is a great place for an extended stay. Access to Clam Bayou and Pinellas Trail for biking/walking is a definite bonus. We loved the complex; gated access, two pools, very quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. Owner of our unit was fantastic, very attentive to any concerns we may have had. We plan on coming back again as we love this part of Florida with its many varied activities, very good restaurants, and as always, beautiful weather!

Condo was average but needs updating. Lanai was not usable for entire stay. Front pool out of service for a month. Red tide did not allow for beach activities this year.
