Perfect for families and groups, this four-to-five bedroom house features multiple decks, a swimming pool, and a secluded boathouse ideal for picnics and kayaking. Located in a prestigious Sydney neighborhood, you`ll have easy access to world-class dining, shopping, and beaches.

This comfortable residence can accommodate up to 11 guests with separate living areas and levels for families and groups of friends. Enjoy expansive decks with harbor views and a refreshing pool.

The highlight of this property is the private gated access to Seven Shillings Beach. From the boathouse, you can easily access the sand and enjoy the tranquility of the harbor. The boathouse is equipped with outdoor seating, making it perfect for picnics or enjoying the water.

Winanga House is located on prime real estate in Point Piper, the most prestigious suburb in Australia. The home features new furniture and recently installed air-conditioning units throughout to ensure your comfort. However, the kitchen, bathrooms, and pool are original, functional but dated in style.

Additionally, the walk down to the harbour and the boat house involves a steep descent. It’s a scenic and adventurous walk for younger guests but may be challenging for elderly visitors or those with mobility concerns.
