On the day of your arrival, a welcome basket will be at your disposal
- for your first breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, fruit juice, water, cake or milk breads)
- for your first aperitif: rum, sugar, lemon
The exterior of the villa is a real relaxation area, where every element has been designed for your comfort:
• A large terrace equipped with 4 deckchairs and garden furniture composed of 4 armchairs and a round table.
• A spacious 30 m² carbet, furnished with a 5-seater lounge, a wooden dining table with six chairs, a wooden shelf cabinet, a 3-burner gas plancha on furniture, and a hammock for moments of relaxation.
• A 7m x 3.5m salt water swimming pool, ideal for cooling off, accompanied by an outdoor shower.
The kitchen open to the living room and equipped with an air fan, the kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs:
(American fridge-freezer, traditional oven, gas hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, two coffee makers (pod and filter), toaster, kettle, and a full set of cookware.
The 2 bedrooms have two bedside tables, wall lights, mosquito nets, air conditioner, fan, 4 pillows, wardrobe and dresser.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with a Queen size bed (160X200), a bathroom with Italian shower, 2 sinks. The toilet is separate and accessible from the corridor, with a washbasin.
bedroom 2- Multipurpose, can be configured according to your needs to be specified when booking.
it is equipped with 2 beds of 90x200, which can be twinned into a King size bed of 180x200 and a bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, 2 sinks.
The living room includes a sofa and 2 armchairs in rattan and wood and a 3-seater sofa, a square coffee table, a wooden bookcase, and a TV cabinet with 140 cm TV. You will also find a Jawbone Big Jambox Bluetooth speaker for your musical moments.
for your indoor dining, a large rectangular wooden table (190x85) with 6 chairs, a wine cellar, and an air fan.
Upon arrival you will have to pay a cleaning fee of €120 (in cash)
