About this villa rental
Located in the commune of Deshaies, above the beautiful Grande Anse beach, in a residential area, this well-equipped villa offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
The house features a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen leading to the lounge, a large covered terrace for dining in the shade, and three fully independent bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and separate toilets.
One bedroom with a bathroom and toilet, accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe/dressing area, a 160 cm bed with high-quality bedding, built-in mosquito nets in the doors, and a ceiling fan.
All rooms overlook a beautiful 36 m² infinity pool, secured with a safety barrier, and a sunny terrace.

You will have exclusive use of the property.
The number of bedrooms made available is adapted to the size of your group: 1 bedroom (1–2 guests), 2bedrooms (3–4 guests) or 3 bedrooms (5–6 guests)
Unused bedrooms remain closed and are never rented to third parties.
If you wish to use additional bedrooms beyond this allocation, a small supplement applies (please contact us).

Excellent. New, very well-equipped, good contact with owner and local representative. Private pool is bigger than usual, great terrace.3 minutes to La Grande Anse, 5 minutes to Deshaies. Can recommend it, and will book again if we come back to Guadeloupe.

The villa’s position gives stunning views of the ocean. The layout worked well for us as an extended family. Grand Anse beach, only 600m away (at the bottom of the hill) was convenient and spacious. The hill up to the villa was very steep so quite an arduous walk. The garage at the bottom of the hill and Deshaises town had everything we needed. It was a great location to visit the Zoo, the botanical gardens and ‘Death in Paradise’ filming locations.

My friend and I stayed at Villa Corail last week and it was amazing. The owners, Michelle and Gilbert, could not have been nicer or more helpful. They greeted us with their charm and French champagne with open arms. The villa is brand new and its location was perfect for us. It is within walking distance to several beaches and has its own view of the ocean. It is also a quick 5 minute drive to the center of Deshaies. The villa was well stocked with modern appliances. It even has a cappuccino maker. The infinity pool was splendid. If you are looking for a place to stay on Basse Terre, look no further. I would not hesitate to stay at Villa Corail next time I visit Guadeloupe.

We chose this villa because it has 3 bedrooms. Our group was 1 couple, 2 singles. If you book it for 4 persons however, the owner allows you to use 2 bedrooms at the advertised price, and you have to pay an extra amount for the third room. The amount is not advertised. Other minor issues were resolved after consulting the housekeeper. All in all a bit of a false start for a fantastic stay on beautiful Guadeloupe.
