About this house rental
Welcome to our newly-renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home in the heart of Park Circle! Our stylish home is decorated with new furnishings and offers a fun place to unwind and plan your Park Circle adventures.
Our fabulous location puts you a stone's throw from some of the best restaurants and venues in the area: Sesame Burgers, Jack Rabbit Filly, Evo Pizzeria, Orange Spot Coffee, Commonhouse Aleworks, & The Tattooed Moose. We are also less than a mile from Firefly Distillery & 2 miles from Riverfront Park.
Step inside and you'll be greeted by an open living room that flows seamlessly into a comfortable dining area and full kitchen. The 3 bedrooms include 2 with King beds and one with 2 twin beds. Two fresh, full bathrooms and a laundry room complete the interior.
Just outside the back door is a large, elevated deck with a seating area, dining table, and grill. The back yard includes a fire pit with seating as well as a play area for corn hole and other games.
Right across the street are 4 tennis courts plus a small playground.
The home is a very short walk to many wonderful restaurants and shops, Riverfront Park (2 Miles), Firefly Distillery (0.8 miles), Holy City Brewery (0.8 miles), and North Charleston's brand-new, inclusive playground and Community Center (0.5 miles).
15-20 minute drive to Downtown Charleston, 20-25 minute drive to Sullivan's Island Beach, 10 minute drive to Charleston International Airport, 15 minute drive to Credit One Stadium.

Everything about this home was lovely - beautifully done and impeccably clean. Our stay was short, but we were so comfortable and had a great time. The hosts were very easy to work with and communicated well. Definitely recommend!
