About this house rental
This is a stunning, custom built home right on the marsh in the trendy, up & coming Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston - you're just one mile from the Downtown strip.
Enter into the foyer and go upstairs into the open kitchen, living room, and dining room, flooded with natural light. Enjoy a meal cooked on the gas range, or relax on the sofa and stream your favorites on the Smart TV. There is one bedroom with 2 queen beds on this floor, as well as one full bathroom with walk in shower. Relax with a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the backyard, or gather by the firepit in the evenings.
Continue upstairs to find the other three bedrooms, each with their own king bed, full bathroom, Smart TV, and closet. There is also a washer & dryer upstairs.

There are some train tracks in the area, so you may hear some train whistles during your stay.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Parking in driveway only- do not park in the grass or on the street. Guests will be fined for parking on street
No pets are allowed at this property.
Any damage to the property is strictly the responsibility of the person booking. When agreeing to book, guest are agreeing to be labeled as licensors of the property, not tenants or lessees and as such do not have property rights of claims when booking the home.
We do not allow any parties or events to be held at our property.

The pool is heated however 80-degrees will not be hot enough to feel warm on colder days. It is not a hot tub. It is a heated pool.

I will start by saying that the pictures does not do it any justice. The place was clean and extremely beautiful. Everything that was needed, was present and well thought out. I love everything about this location and will definitely be staying here again. The beds and pillows were amazing. I slept like a baby. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and did not require much. Also, the host responded to my questions very quickly.

This house was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants and the North Charleston Coliseum. The house was clean and the deck and backyard have beautiful views.

This is a beautiful property! Large, open, sun-filled and well-appointed. Quality furnishings and finishes throughout. Great layout. Easily accommodated our family of eight. Immaculate. Convenient location. Owner responds in minutes. Will look for this Park Circle home availability the next time we stay in the Charleston area.
