About this house rental
With over 30 bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance and downtown and beaches only 15-2 minutes away, this home has it all.
Not only is this house in the perfect location, but it offers an amazing space inside and out as well, here is the descriptive walk-through of the home.
As you walk in the front door, you will immediately see the game room on your right. This room has a digital pinball machine and arcade games for endless fun. Once you tire from those, the couch in that room can be laid down as a day bed too.
Moving down the hallway, you will find a half bath on your left, and then you will be greeted by an open concept kitchen overlooking the living and dining room areas. The kitchen has granite countertops with an island. Here you will find everything you need to cook, drink and entertain - a double stainless steel sink, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all of your kitchen essentials. After using this space to prepare everything you need, sit down and enjoy it with the whole group at the large dining table that can accommodate 8 people comfortably.
Once you are finished with your meal, drop your dishes off in the kitchen and go over to the sectional or sitting chairs in the living room to enjoy the premium cable packages provided by Xfinity, find your favorite shows, sports teams, or streaming app simply by using the voice remote. If you are looking to get outside and enjoy the weather, the sliding glass door off the living room offers access to the poured patio in the fenced backyard, with all the seating you could need. Or bust out the yard games and enjoy the large yard space.
As you make your way to the 2nd floor of the home, you will come to the first bedroom at the top of the stairs. This bedroom is furnished with a Queen bedroom set and a smart TV. Next to that, adjacent to the laundry closet which has a stacked washer and dryer, you will find the same thing - another bedroom with a Queen bedroom set and smart TV. Outside of those two rooms, in the hallway, there is a full bath with a shower/ tub combo. Amenities are provided per room for your showering needs with shampoo/ conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap. We will also have black makeup towels in each of the bathrooms as well, in addition to the provided linens. Just past the full bath, the 3rd bedroom, which is the Master suite will be found with a King bedroom set and a full bath with double sinks and a shower. The walk-in closet is spacious and can be used as well.

One-half of the loft has an office desk, chair, monitor, smart TV, and mini fridge. While the other half is the 4th bedroom, suited with a King bed and nightstands. There is a closet that can be used up there and has a pack n play with a baby monitor for use if needed as well.

Yellow Chateau is great for large families or groups. It is a pet friendly space with a fenced back yard. We found the location to be perfect, quiet and safe. It is within walking distance to restaurants/bars/coffee shops and just a short drive to downtown or the airport. The parking was plentiful. There are two spots right in front of the house and extra spots are super close on the other side of the street. Check in/out was simple. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. There is plenty of seating inside and out for your group. Bring your cocktails and apps to share at the house before you walk down to the local brewery, Commonhouse, for live music and a smash burger. Wrap up the night with boiled peanuts and a beer at the Tattooed Moose before you make your leisurely stroll back to the house. Fun times!

Everything about this property was 5 star! It had all of the amenities as promised. It was walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars, and shopping in Park Circle. The host was responsive. I highly recommend for your next trip to the area!

Location of the property was in walking distance food and entertainment and the house was in perfect condition. I would stay at this location again.

Perfect for a dog, but it smelled like dog for sure! The odor was pretty pungent on the main level. We got used to it, but still.We enjoyed nice, clean towels and sheets, comfy beds, and very easy check in.Attention to cleanliness was somewhat missing-the trashcan had months of dirt on the lid of it, there were crushed leaves on the rug in our bathroom when we arrived, and the couch was almost unusable. The cushions kept sliding off of the base, and the faux leather was peeling.Awesome area though, fun to walk downtown to brunch and coffee.
