About this apartment rental
Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located setting. Sitting on a quiet no through road the fully self-contained studio has its own separate entrance and sits opposite a creek and reserve that's teeming with birdlife and the resident Koala. Situated less than 7 mins drive to Beach, Flinders University& Hospital, Westfield Shopping Precinct and you can walk to the pub or restaurants in about 6 mins. Close to public transport. Cosy yet spacious. Best suited for 1 to 2 people Not suitable for kids or pets. 25 mins drive to City ctr or Adelaide airport. Lovely opening out window over the bar for a quiet drink at the end of the day with fabulous views to the park opposite. A short drive to the beach or Happy Valley Reservoir for some Walking trails/kayaking/fishing or a nice picnic lunch. Walking distance to a lovely Gin Distillery perfect for meeting up with friends for a special occasion
The space
This is a combined bedroom/lounge/kitchen with a separate bathroom. It's quite spacious with a small dining table for 2, bar with 4 stools inside & 4 outside. The kitchen is a full size (not kitchenette)
Guest access
The front of the studio is all paved and you can use this area to sit / BBQ/ and use the bar with opening out window and it is not shared with the owners although they may drive or walk into the garage using the paved area.
Other things to note
Strictly no smoking/ vaping inside. However, you may by all means smoke away from the building. (we have a little designated area over to the side) Not at the bar please.
