For my purposes during my stay, the location was perfect. I didn't have a vehicle so being within a short walking distance to the bowling club and shopping centre was very handy. For a single or couple, I would recommend this unit without question.
No hot water to the laundry sink. This was only minor but the rest of the unit was very good and comfortable.

easy to locate, easy to get public transport and food
Mall close by for ample shopping
Parking inside the property was a bonus
Safety was well taken care of with locked gate
Nunung was very approachable and ready to help anytime
master bedroom was very small , there is no exhaust fan in the toilet
Wardrobes , kitchen cabinets and cookware are aged

Air con was fantastic in both lounge and bedroom.
Body wash and a variety of shampoo and conditioner was fantastic. Bathroom towels were nice and big.
Ample parking space behind secure gate.
Bed was very comfortable.
No sponge or cloth provided for washing dishes so I had to use a tea towel and refrained from cooking.
Instructions for TV would've been helpful as I wasn't sure what the 2 TV remotes were for.
Only a tiny amount of laundry detergent provided which wouldn't have been enough for at least one load so didn't do any washing.

The location is great and very close to Westfield shopping mall. You can get there on foot.
On arrival, we were forbidden to check in early even though we had driven 6 hours from Victoria for the medical purpose. We were told to walk around where all the shops were closed due to the public holiday. we didn't feel welcome. We have been travelling to many places and we had no problem with any hotels/motels/accommodations early check in. This is disappointing.
