About this house rental
Recently updated and freshly painted. Great property if needing secure location for Pets as its fully fenced and secure.
We can accommodate large work vehicles, light trucks and trailers by prior Arrangement. NO PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY at any time without prior arrangement as it is for our neighbours use only $100 fee is charged per day the vehicle is on the property
BEDROOM 1: with a Queen Sized Bed and full sized Built In robes.Ceiling fan
ADD BEDROOM 2: One King single and Single Bed with pull out trundle. Ceiling fan, chest drawers, clothes hanging rack.
ADD DOUBLE SOFA BED in LIVING ROOM: This is a comfortable inner spring mattress and will sleep a couple or a single, and this will be made available for you upon request along with all towels, bed linen and pillows for two people. The additional fee for this service is $50
KITCHEN: Has Stove with Oven , Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine, Some Basic supplies are provided, Coffee, Tea, Sugar,Milk
DINING AREA: with seating for 5 people
LOUNGE AREA: With TV ( no Free to air channel ) Smart TV with streaming servcies. Hotspot your internet from your device and log into your own streaming serrvices.Two seater couch and three seater couch. Wall Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning.
WIFI:No internet available
BATHROOM: has separate shower and bath, with toilet in the next room
LAUNDRY: Coin Operated Washing Machine, Clothes line for drying.
PETS: $10 - $20 per day for each dog or cat. Pets will be quoted. This charge will be requested from you as an additional expense after booking which will be required to be paid prior to check in. Photos of pets who will be staying are required to be sent to our phone number prior to check in details being provided
Pets are prohibited from the Bedrooms and a Penalty of $250 will be charged if this rule is breached.
PROPERTY SECURITY: Located on Main South Road, but fully fenced with iron 2.1 metres high and lockable gates. This means, excellent security, privacy and noise reduction on peak traffic periods. Noise is minimal at night as most heavy vehicles use the Southern Expressway not main south Road. Your Pets will be secure and comfortable even if you wish to leave them at home to go out. For sanitation purposes, you will be required to bring your own pets bedding, as we do not supply it. Remote Keyless Entry 24 hours a day. 24 hours check in? , no problems. External monitoring for guests and hosts security.
EXTRA GUESTS : Not allowed on property between 9pm and 11am or additional guest fee will apply per person
CHECK IN: 3PM Keyless entry self check in with door code.
CHECK OUT: 10am
EARLY CHECK IN: ( subject to pre-approval) $10 per Hour
LATE CHECK OUT: ( Subject to pre-approval) $10 per hour
Double fee for penalty if not pre-approved.
SECURITY : Photo ID in the same name as booked guest must be sent to Pennywise Rentals Phone 0428152801, prior to check in Instructions being provided.
CANCELLATIONS/TRAVEL INSURANCE: Guests are reminded to take adequate travel insurance to cover them in the unlikely event that they cannot stay at the property as booked. In the event that you cannot fulfil your booking, you will not receive a refund unless we can re-book the property if cancelled within 14 days of your stay or whilst staying at the property. In the event that you are cancelled and removed from the property due to breach of any of our rules/conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount.
PARKING: On street only, due to previous guests interfering with the neighbours.
If you require to park off street contact the host prior to booking.

It was great to have 2 bedrooms lounge dining and well equipped kitchen. If ever here again will certainly reuse. Bus stop right outside the front door. Really great place to stay

The property is probably due for renovation but was comfortable.

Property is as photos show and was clean.
It was not communicated until the day of check in that there are people living in a camper trailer directly out front the house. The only way to access the house is to go through a gate in between camper trailer and house, so we had to take all of our things past these people as they were usually outside having a cigarette.
Although I had booked and paid for 3 weeks I moved out after 4 nights because myself and my child felt unsafe. I had to call 000 on the 3rd night due to a female screaming like she was being attacked and a heap of banging on the fence (like she was being thrown into the fence) directly out of my bedroom window. Had no idea if it was someone staying or acquainted with people in the camper trailer or someone random - it went on for about 10 mins hence why I called 000. Managed to find somewhere else to stay at short notice Now I’m a couple of thousand out of pocket due to their cancellation policy
