The location. Excellent communication with owner. Great kitchen and bathroom.
Carpet in house was full of sand. Needs cleaning. Lounge suite not that comfortable. I probably noticed is as I have just had hip replacements.

The location!!!!!! Beach two steps away, unreal. Fantastic airy unit, fantastic bedroom, slept so well. Somerton Kiosk up the street, loved my stay
Just the configuration of the living room, if I was to nitpick. Get the TV up on the wall by the back door and another couch in there, instead of those two chairs and be perfect. Otherwise, loved everything about this place
