Great beach fishing or just 1 mile away take advantage of the fishing in Little Lagoon. Conveniently located a1/2 (half) mile from The Hangout and Hwy 59. Easy access to the best restaurants, shopping, zoo, miniature golf, water park and theme park in Gulf Shores. Enjoy a walk or a bike ride on the Hugh S. Branyon 28-mile paved trail system that takes visitors throughout the 6150 acers in the Gulf State Park while enjoying views of Lake Shelby and the Gulf of Mexico. Be sure to pack a picnic and utilize all the picnic areas in the park. 10 miles from Tanger Outlet, OWA Amusement Park and Tropical Falls Indoor Waterpark. A short 7 mile drive down Perdido Beach Blvd brings you into Orange Beach, AL for the best charter fishing offered on the Alabama Gulf Coast. For those who enjoy the Shrimp Festival in October and the Hangout Festival in May you're in luck. This condo is only a short walk to all the fun the festivals have to offer. We had a great stay. I was concerned when my VRBO messages were not answered but when I realized there was a phone # for Sam listed, I texted that and he answered within minutes. It was the best stocked condo kitchen we have seen in a long time. If anyone else was wondering what the bedding situation is in the second bedroom it is a queen and a set of bunk beds with a 100 pound limit on top. The couch made into a bed also. He also had a beach umbrella and water toys on the balcony. Great beach views.

The property was gorgeous, cute decor, great gulf view. We loved how close it was to everything, we stayed fir The Sand In My Boots festival and it was great only being a few mins away! Great host as well! We will definitely be back.

We had a terrific time, condo was clean, well furnished, host (Sam) was easy to work with. We were close to the sandy beach. We will definitely be visiting again. A gem of a place!

This condo was absolutely wonderful. Sam made our check in and check out process so easy. Our room was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the ocean. He worked so hard to get the unit ready for us and we had a brand new smart tv and brand new sheets and towels for our unit. He was also very nice to allow us to check in early and check out late. My husband and I were so grateful for him and his wonderful hosting. We will be booking again for sure for our next trip!
