We loved the dock, we fished everyday! The entire house and kitchen is very spacious. We were thrilled to see that each room had a nice sized TV. Overall booking and check-in process was seamless.

The outdoor seating needed more lighting and dock area had zero lights. The beds are ready for an upgrade the mattresses have permanent dips on both sides of the bed. Not to mention the sheets I'm sure were once white, but they are now closer to a dingy off white.

We were a big group, so we loved the privacy of the location. We enjoyed that even though it did not have a pool the kids were able to swim off the deck. The walk to the beach although short, we had to pay for parking if we drove, which we had to do due to having a handicap person with us. This was not included in the description. The convenience of the Pier 33 store was very nice.

The overall cleanliness was found to be subpar. They had vomit on the walkway to the condo. We had to wash it off with cleaner and a water hose. When we tried to wash the sheets as we do upon arrival EVERYWHERE we stay, the washing machine was not in working condition. I was told I would get a $100 credit for the inconvenience and for me having to tote 11 people's belongings to a laundromat and that did not happen as well. We were a party of 11 so a working washer was something we did need. They did bring extra towels on the Friday afternoon to get us through the next day. The fridge was found to be hot. So we had to leave the contents in the ice chests overnight. Vacasa told us it was because it was overloaded. The main floor porch railing was rotten and had a big hole, which was a problem for us due to we have a 3 year old. The upstairs remained at 80 degrees plus as long as the sun was up. It would drop to 74 around 11:00PM-Midnight.
