The home and property is absolutely amazing. The floor plan allowed lots of comfort and privacy for everyone. The pier was enjoyable to put in/ take out kayaks. The location is excellent. Close enough to walk to the beach and lots of attractions. The house was well equipped with all necessities.There were a few minor things that could be addressed . The upstairs master shower would not drain well and left about an inch of water during showering. The downstairs shower could use some kind of bench seat for comfort.The yard needed to be mowed.I am definitely looking forward to my return stay at this beautiful property.

The house was fairly clean but definitely needed some TLC. It was nice to have a fenced yard for the dog but it was filled with burrs and huge any hills which we had to watch our puppy closely. There was dog feces left from previous renters that we picked up because we were afraid we would be charged there really wasn’t any walking to a beach access close by. If you are carrying anything to the beach it was best to drive to a pay lot. The lagoon was nice but not really “usable.” Basically it is a house to reset at night and leave during the day.
