Island Royale 806, located at 809 West Beach Boulevard, is the luxury vacation you and your family have been waiting for. Join us in this stunning and huge three bedroom, three bathroom beach front condo. The master suite contains a king bed, both guest rooms have queen beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room making this unit perfect to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The amazing balcony off the front of this condo has views that seem to span for days. Make sure to soak up that gulf breeze! There is a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dry in unit for your convenience. Island Royale 806 contains four flat screen TVs, DVD player and WiFi to keep you connected throughout your stay.
Island Royale is a beach front property making it easy to access the white sandy gulf coast everyday. Other amenities that this property includes are a swim through indoor/outdoor pool, child's pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room overlooking the beach and BBQ grills. There is a convenient boardwalk that leads straight out to the beach and is equipped with showers for your return! The property features covered parking and two elevators making moving about the building a breeze. This location is prime for experiencing all that Gulf Shores has to offer in the way of dining, shopping and recreation all within a short 5 minute walk. Make sure to check it all out!

This property was great for our family vacation. The property was just as advertised and super clean. The beach view off the balcony was amazing. The condo had great and easy access to the beach. The location was fantastic and centrally located to restaurants and souvenir shops. Also, right behind a condo on the beach is a place to parasail and ride the banana boat.

The location of the condo was perfect. We enjoyed our stay but it needs to be deep cleaned. Floors, ceilings, baseboards, and vents were very dirty and dusty. Other than that, everything was great! if we could be ensured of cleanliness, we would stay again!
