Gulfside Townhomes 23

Great view, ocean front, pool, comfortable, quiet, groceries nearby, completely stocked and live-in ready, including laundry! Better than we even expected!

The door code did not work. We had to call and got great help - were directed to the key box at the bottom of the stairs. The key is what we used the entirety of our stay. Even with the key the door is a nightmare to deal with both coming and leaving. Upon check out, they key box would not unlock so we had to leave the key laying across the top of the box. If you would improve the components for entering and exiting the front door this would have been an almost perfect stay. But you literally have to fight with brute force to enter every time, and it takes forever to lock it as well.

I would say the whole condo was very clean, however I'm guessing that the mop used to do the floors needs to be replaced - they've got to be using a dirty mop as you can feel a film on the floor and bare feet get dirty walking on the floors.,

We stayed in Gulfside Townhomes #23 It was absolutely amazing! Immaculate beach get away. Exactly 1/2 miles from The Hangout. Easy to get in and out of property. Literally walking distance to everything Gulf Shore. I will definitely refer everyone to Gulfside Townhomes 23 and Vacasa. I will be back soon! Thank you for an amazing week!

Location was great!

There were stains on the comforters and the drain in the bunk bed bathroom didn't drain properly which made it hard for 2 people to share that bathroom because there was always standing water in the bathtub. Maybe I could've called someone to fix it, but the nature of our trip had us gone most of the day and I didn't want someone coming in while we weren't there. I did one load of laundry while we were there, and either the washer or dryer left black streak marks on several items of our clothing. They used black masking tape to cover the windows on the front door which I found to be in poor taste and cheapened the feel of the condo. The couch is very dated and very uncomfortable.
