Gulf State Park is less than two miles east, where you can ride bikes, take long walks, or launch your kayak for a morning paddle. Seven miles northeast is The Wharf in Orange Beach - a beloved one-stop spot for shopping, movies, entertainment, and dining. The property was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, and the pool was great! The proximity to the beach was fantastic. We didn't realize that the bedrooms would all be a floor above the living area. One of our group had a hard time with that, but that's okay. I just wish we had realized it earlier. It might have been in the description and I just missed it. The only problem was that the floors were sticky and we couldn't find a mop.
