Bearly Lodge provides access to everything Killington has to offer and more. All four base lodges are less than 5-minutes away providing unparalleled access to skiing in the winter and mountain biking, the adventure center, or golf the rest of the year. Killington nightlife is also less than 10-minutes away (some have shuttles that will pick you up at the house so you can leave the car at home).

Three golf courses are within 20 miles of the house. Killington Golf Course is a 3-minute drive, Green Mountain National (voted #1 public course in VT) is a 16-minute drive, and Woodstock Country Club is less than 30-minutes away.

The Property is well equipped with fast Wi-Fi (500+ MBPS and mesh routers for access all over the house), two large smart TV’s, Sonos sound bars, a large hot tub, propane grille, and two classic VT Cast Wood Fireplaces with firewood provided. Parking is free and there is room for three cars in the shared driveway.

The house is recently renovated, thoughtfully designed, and consists of three levels with two separate living areas and plenty of sleeping arrangements. There is a full bathroom on all three floors.

Enter through the mud room which is thoughtfully designed to store outdoor sports equipment. Inside the ground floor you will discover a large open game and family room, a fantastic space for bonding and recreation after an adventure-filled day. The space has a TV area surrounding a Vermont Casting wood stove, ping pong table, darts board, and arcade machine with over ten thousand retro games. This floor contains a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds consisting of a Full on the bottom and Twin on top. The TV area has a large 90" sofa, accent chair, and Sonos Ray Soundbar. The bathroom is a shower only.

The second floor includes a large open concept kitchen / dining / living room with sliding doors leading to a generous deck to take in the mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped (plates, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee machine with pods, wine glasses, hand mixer, etc…) and renovated. The Living Room has a 75” Smart TV, AppleTV, and Sonos Arc soundbar. The back deck has a heated walkway to the hot tub (no need for slippers or the annoying winter sprint between the house and tub in the snow) and a propane grille. The second floor Living Room is equipped with the second Vermont Casting wood stove providing warmth and a cozy vibe. There are two bedrooms on the second floor - one has a queen bed and the other two have Twin XL beds, both of which have blackout roller shades. The bathroom on the second floor includes a tub/shower combination.

The third floor is where the primary, king-sized bedroom and bathroom are located. The bedroom has a window-unit air conditioner, blackout curtains, a large closet, and six-drawer dresser.
