Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive, renowned for incredible food, shops, and nautical history!

PET POLICY UPDATE
We’re happy to announce that we now allow pets at 224 Northern on a case-by-case basis! While we prefer small-breed dogs due to the soft pine floors, we understand the importance of traveling with your furry companions. As such, we’re open to accommodating pets of all sizes, provided they are well-behaved.

If you’re planning to bring a pet, please share some details about them during your booking inquiry. We appreciate your understanding and care in helping us maintain the home for future guests.

PLEASE NOTE:
✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
✫ A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc.).
