Located on Railroad Ave, 3 blocks from the beach center. 2 minute walk to beach via public boardwalk #3. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Three bedroom, one bath, kitchen, dining area, and living room with cable tv and secure internet access. Washer and Dryer. A/C in living room and master bedroom. Patio in rear with table and seating for 6. Gas grill available for use - requires 1 or 2lb propane cylinder.

Debbie was so nice! The cottage was just as stated! She mentioned, once we arrived, that the hot water heater in the closet, for all 3 units, is a bit noisy.. it was REALLY noisy! We got use to it after a while and made the best of it. We enjoyed our ourselves anyway 😊

Location to center of town was excellent, place was clean and spacious, short walk to beach, and Host was friendly and very helpful.

The cottage was clean and we had plenty of space. The hostess was very responsive. We've been coming to Salisbury for many years and this rental was one of our favorites.

The apartment was clean but not modern like the listing referred to. The water heater was located in the kitchen for all 3 apartments and was very loud. Everytime it went off it woke me. The property manager was very nice and came right away when I had an issue with the musty smell of the apartment. The shower was very small. The size of the apartment was great with a nice covered front porch. The TV, the only one that was in the living room, was very small however, should be upgraded to a larger one and add another one to the master bedroom. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was definitely a plus.
