Sam’s place was great! Comfortable, well organized/supplied, and the location was great location. If that weren’t enough, Sam himself was a terrific host, who communicated seamlessly, was flexible, and ensured that we had everything we could possibly need for a terrific stay. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough about this property!! It was perfect! So close to everything in Newburyport - just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The property was clean and bright with lots of natural light. It was a perfect home away from home! Our host, Sam was incredible as well!!

Beautiful apartment located steps from restaurants and the walking paths of Newburyport along the ocean. Very modern and super clean it’s a great place for a nice getaway.
