Come see why this 5th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor where you can park on the same floor as the condo! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 60" SMART TV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master and two Queen beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful, the view was incredible, and the easy access to parking and the room was a huge plus. Slide and lazy river were WONDERFUL for kids.. (and adults!! lol) The only thing we noticed was that walking barefoot in the condo left the bottoms of our feet black, even though the floors appeared mostly clean. Not a major issue, just something worth mentioning. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, with easy parking and the convenience of walking right up to the condo. We also appreciated that the trash disposal was located right outside our door. The condo itself was very quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The lazy river was a highlight and added so much to our stay. Overall, the condo was in excellent condition, very comfortable, and had everything we needed.We did notice that the range hood and light weren’t working and that one of the beaded footrests was leaking filling onto the floor. These were very minor issues that didn’t affect our enjoyment, so we didn’t feel the need to report them during our stay.The only suggestions we have would be for a deeper clean in a few areas. We noticed some dust buildup in the bathrooms and bedroom closets, hair around the base of the sink, and food particles in the cushions of the living room chairs. We understand the property is cleaned quickly between guests, but a deeper cleaning and a little maintenance to the range hood would make this condo even better.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We highly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay!

You can't believe how wonderful this condo and this building are. When you see the pictures, you wonder if it really looks like that.. it does. We do plan to come back to Alabama and the Big Beautiful Gulf of America, and when we do, we will be here. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
