With an open layout, the living room is spacious and ultra-inviting. A cozy sectional and accent chairs provide plenty of seating when you want to relax in front of the huge flatscreen TV or simply take in the stunning views.
In the same open space, the beautifully designed kitchen is the gathering place. You’ll love the warm wood cabinetry, expansive Quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. And the huge breakfast bar with seating for four is sure to be a favorite hangout spot. There is also a coordinating wet bar with the same design, the perfect place to set out post-beach drinks and snacks. For more formal meals or family game nights, the Gulfview dining table has seating for eight on luxe upholstered chairs.
This home has four dreamy bedrooms, plus a Queen sleeper sofa, to sleep up to 14 guests. It has a wonderful layout for families, with a Gulf-front primary suite with direct balcony access, and three guest bedrooms, two of which have Gulf views. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
