Overall, the only advantage is the location.

The first issue was that the bathroom light wasn’t working. We were basically in the dark and couldn’t shower properly. The second issue was that the towels smelled very bad, as if they hadn’t been washed properly. Overall, the bed linens didn’t smell freshly laundered either, so I’m not sure whether they had been changed before our arrival. Another issue is that I don’t understand why the correct location isn’t shown on the map. And finally, the lack of organization was very disappointing. Communication was slow and inconsistent throughout our stay. We wanted to extend our check-out time because we arrived at 1 a.m. and needed some proper rest before our connecting flight. We sent a message, but no one responded for quite a while. Eventually, we were told that extending our stay was possible. However, every follow-up question I asked, including how to make the payment, was answered only after one or two hours. In the end, we agreed to extend our stay until 1 or 2 p.m., but nobody explained how the payment should be made. Normally, hosts send a payment link or provide bank details and clear instructions on when and where to pay. Instead, it turned out that the additional payment had to be made in cash. At around 1 p.m., while we were trying to rest, someone knocked on the door and asked us to pay 120 PLN in cash. It’s reasonable to expect that guests arriving from another country may not have local currency with them. Moreover, we should have been informed in advance that someone would come to collect the payment. As a result, instead of using the extra time we paid for to rest before our flight, we had to run around looking for an ATM and figuring out how to withdraw the money. It completely defeated the purpose of extending our stay. Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience. One more thing: if you’re booking this place mainly to relax and get some rest, be aware that the neighbors can be quite noisy.
