We really enjoyed our stay in Wrocław! 💛 The apartment is in a fantastic location — everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The place itself is small, but very cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with a lovely view that made our mornings even more special. It has a charming, warm atmosphere and is perfect for a short city stay.

There are a few things that could be improved for a better overall experience. The “double bed” is quite small (around 130 cm), which might not be comfortable for many guests — even for us, and we are not big people, it felt tight. Communication was also an issue. I reached out a day before check-in via WhatsApp and Booking to ask about a slightly later check-out (11:00 instead of 10:00), especially as we were traveling with a toddler. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Additionally, check-out is listed at 10:00, but the cleaning staff unlocked the door at 9:58, which felt quite uncomfortable. While I fully understand the importance of schedules and rules, with a relatively late check-in at 16:00, it would be reasonable to allow guests at least a few extra minutes to leave without feeling rushed. If communication is advertised as part of the service, it’s important that messages are acknowledged. Hosting is not just about providing an apartment, but also about working with people and ensuring a smooth and respectful experience.

Świetna lokalizacja mieszkania, wszędzie blisko, w granicach 15 minut. Mieszkanie jest wprawdzie nieduże, ale wyremontowane, czyste i nowoczesne, dla trzech osób w zupełności wystarczające.

Piękny widok z okna zwłaszcza wieczorem na pięknie oświetloną operę. Jedyny minus to okna wychodzące na deptak, przy otwartych oknach robi się dość głośno, ale cała reszta tę drobną niedogodność rekompensuje.

L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco, non presenta alcun segno di usura ed è molto pulito, curato e accogliente. Ho effettuato il check in online prima della partenza e all’arrivo mi sono stati comunicati i codici per l’accesso. La sua posizione è perfetta visto che in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla Piazza del Mercato e nelle vicinanze si raggiungono tutte le attrazioni principali. Sotto casa ci sono ristoranti e piccoli negozi di generi alimentari e nel periodo natalizio sono posizionate lungo la via anche le prime casette dei mercatini di Natale, che sono veramente una meraviglia. La mia prenotazione prevedeva una permanenza di 5gg per 3 persone e ne siamo rimasti tutti entusiasti.

Trovare delle cose negative è davvero difficile e quelle che riporto sono solo sottigliezze. Il meccanismo di apertura del divano letto per noi non è stato così intuitivo, ma una volta capito è bastato un attimo per preparare anche quel posto letto. Non credo si possa regolare la temperatura nelle varie stanze, o almeno noi non ci siamo riusciti, e forse per alcuni potrebbe risultare un po’ troppo alto il riscaldamento in camera, ma è soggettivo. E’ difficile oscurare completamente la camera, anche se ci sono delle tende, ma devo dire che, anche per me che sono abituata al buio totale, non è stato un problema riuscire a dormire.
