Zdecydowanie lokalizacja jest najlepszym atutem. Podobało mi się, że sypialnia jest w osobnym, zamykanym na drzwi pokoju. Udogodnienia typu; Powitalny zestaw: kawa, herbata, mydło, szampon, papier toaletowy w większej ilości, co jest miłym udogodnieniem dla wynajmujących.
Nie do końca sprawna klimatyzacja: coś się z niej wylewało. Miałam wrażenie, że przez to słabiej chłodzi.

1. 地點非常好 2. 空間大小舒服、採光很好、設備也很棒 3. 我喜歡有完整的廚房用具，鍋碗瓢盆和簡單調味料都有 4. 整體住起來非常棒，這筆錢對我來說非常值得
1. 沒有電梯，對於大行李箱的人會有點不方便 2. 樓下有人會抽煙，打開窗戶可能會有煙味飄入 3. 煮飯開窗戶之後，有大機率會有蒼蠅飛入室內

Die Lage war perfekt. Kochutensilien vorhanden, Duschbad sowie genug Toilettenpapier.
Die Ausstattung ist mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Mir gefällt nicht, dass sich Vermieter immer mehr bereichern, aber nie etwas in die Wohnung investieren. Die Schlafcouch war durchgelegen, kaputter Schreibtisch, kaputter Stuhl, Herd funktionierte nicht und die Wohnung stank nach Rauch. Die Kochutensilien sollten vom Reinigungspersonal auf Sauberkeit geprueft werden.
