Condo met all our needs for family of four. Found the rental last minute and it did not disappoint. Appreciated the available beach gear and chairs. Pool was basically right behind us which was convenient.

Property had everything we needed, was well maintained and comfortable, and Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful community. Young families or those with older adults should be aware that the only beach access is a walking path off of a busy road that is quite some distance from the property. There’s no community transportation or lot wirh parking spaces. We used the property’s provided wagon to haul all of our things and that worked fine for all of the adults in our party. Otherwise the beach is absolutely beautiful with smooth sand and perfect water temps. Thank you for the great stay!

Home was not clean when we arrived. Close to pool but a walk to get to the beach (there is very little parking for beach access in the community). The tennis courts are pay per hour rather than included in amenities.
