The home boasts a nautically-themed interior which leads to an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The main home has three large bedrooms and a pull out sofa for up to 8 guests. The Pool house is across the atrium which accommodates up to 4 additional guests in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Our waterfront home sits on 9 beautifully landscaped acres in a quiet gated community. There is also a dock available to those that wish to bring boats or simply want to watch one of Florida's breathtaking sunrises in the morning.
Get ready for the vacation of a lifetime where the only thing you have to worry about is whether you want to relax in the Pool or soak in the Hot tub. No matter what you choose, there is ample seating surrounding the screened in pool for plenty of family and friends. For those looking for more of a hands on Florida experience, be sure to try out the beach volleyball court which is located right by the bay side, or for the competitive side of you, try out the pickleball court.
As you drive into the property you will see the 9 meticulously landscaped acres that the houses sit on, where you will see anything from Royal Palms to Mango trees.
The entire house will be yours to use. Included with this house are the pool and hot tub and, as mentioned previously, you will also have access to the various amenities located throughout the property, such as the volleyball court, pickle ball court, pavilion, gazebos, and dock space. Please note, the pickle ball court is shared with the property owners who live in a third home on the 9 acre property.

Absolutely perfect for our family gathering! Spectacular views from every part of this well-designed and well-appointed home. Exceptionally clean, from the rooms and bathrooms, to the kitchens and gathering spaces, to the spa and pool. A wonderfully quiet retreat with thoughtful amenities, a gracious host, and helpful estate manager. Comfortable beds, fun onsite activities, and room to connect with - but also spend time away from - each other. The grounds are meticulously manicured and beautifully planted. We barely left since this getaway was so relaxing compared to the bustle of the “real world” we left behind during our stay. This review may sound overly gushy, but we travel a lot - internationally - and this was truly one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you, again, for the perfect venue for our get together.

This home blew us away!! The photos do not do it justice way beyond out expectations and a perfect family getaway!House was super clean, had everything we needed. Very quiet and private. Lots of on property activities and we were even able to pull a boat up to the dock.This will be a frequent stay for us when visiting son/daughter in law in Florida.Host was quick and thorough in responses. Highly recommend!

This property is absolutely stunning! Large enough for everyone to gather in common spaces and when you need a break, several sitting areas both inside and out for some reading or relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool, volleyball and pickleball court as well as the beautifully maintained grounds. The kitchen had plenty of serving and cookware, plenty of bath, pool and beach towels as well. They really have thought of everything you may need during your stay. The estate manager and the owner were both a pleasure to talk with. Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to a future stay. Thanks for a great experience!
