This vacation rental offers five generously sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat. Sink into plush bedding and wake up to the gentle sounds of the waves. Three luxurious bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests.
When it's time for some fun and relaxation, head outdoors to the private heated pool area. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling waters or soak your cares away in the inviting 8+ person hot tub. Lounge on the sun deck as you bask in the warm Florida sunshine or gather around the poolside seating area for a delightful barbecue using the provided grill, then in the morning take a walk down hill to our 420+ feet pier over Villa Azul's private intercostal white sands beach to watch the sunrise . If water sports are your thing bring one of the 3 provided kayaks with you . Enjoy!
We understand that pets are an important part of your family, which is why our property is pet-friendly. Bring your furry companion along and enjoy exploring the nearby beaches and parks together. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking and Event Rules
Vehicle Parking:
- A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed to park at the same time.
Grass Protection:
- Please do not park or drive on the grass.
Events:
- Small events are permitted with a maximum of 10 additional guests on the day of the event.
- Additional Guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
Variations and Approvals:
- Any small variation from these rules must be approved by me.

Our property is indeed boat-friendly, with both a private beach area and a dock available for your use.
For those needing a boat ramp, convenient options are located approximately 2-3 miles down the road under the bridge. These ramps are free of charge and provide easy access to the water for launching and retrieving your boat.

There were a few little snags in the beginning but we worked past those. There were some issues with electrical outlets not working but that was supposed to be fixed in the future. The Host was kind and helpful, accommodating us as much as possible. Our overall experience was great for the most part. The kids loved the pool and the property. Beautiful views and location.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! We loved the living area, the kitchen and dining area was so spacious and the pool area exceeded our expectations! Our family really enjoyed the little beach area and the dock across the road, too! We saw many dolphin and a couple of manatee, too! The host was very quick to answer and turn the hot tub on for us earlier than the scheduled time several times during our stay! The only disappointment was the lack of a door on the room where the sofa bed was located. The train tracks are close, but the noise from the train never bothered us at all! We would love to rent this amazing property again!

My family and I were in town for my mom‘s celebration of life. All nine of us fit very comfortably in this house. The outdoor outdoor patio and pool area are fabulous! The host responded to my messages immediately and was always helpful. If all nine of us will be back in town, I would definitely reserve the house again.
