This lovely home was exactly as advertised. Spacious, thoughtfully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The location on the water provided a beautiful backdrop as we enjoyed the wonderful pool area. Our host was fantastic - communication and responsiveness were excellent. I would absolutely recommend this home!

The host was easy to communicate with initially, but during our stay we didn't get all responses needed. A few things about the property stuck out: 1) a deadbolt was completely broken to one of the main entrances (back door) so the house could not be secured; 2) the house was not fully clean (e.g., candy wrappers found in drawers, coffee machine not cleaned in years, etc.).; 3) no dishwasher was big burden on large group; 4) rooms were not accurately described as in ad, so our group had to adjust bedding situation once we arrived (making it quite hard to arrange families). The entire property is quite run down and falling apart (e.g., when it rained, water poured through the actual ceiling light fixtures by the pool, creating a serious hazard; the outside sink drain literally is cutoff, meaning the drain water pours onto the patio not into the septic; all outside gear is quite slimy from years of rain water and not being attended to, etc.). Low price compared to other properties but the lack of accuracy in the description, uncleanliness, broken items, etc. made it overall quite disappointing.
