The house was lovely, very well-lit and welcoming. Amazing showers, beds were comfortable and well equipped with extra warm blankets, if needed. Hot tub was a lovely treat, after a beach day - thank you.
The only disappointment was, on arrival the towels in the one room was rolled up wet. As if it was just taken out of the wash machine, rolled and put on the bed. The pictures on booking.com give you the impression that you would be closer or have a see view, but this is not the case, it's quite a distance.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend at Cozy Cottage. We loved the bright, comfortable, gorgeously decorated house. Every nook offered something wonderful. We braai-ed while reclining on the hanging chairs, we enjoyed the hot tub, and we loved the easy access to the beach - allowing us beach walks and swims. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are extremely comfy. We look forward to returning for another blissful weekend in Yzerfontein.

I liked the private beach, the 2 fireplaces, and the on suite in one room.
People complain about the noise even though our music was not loud. Volume of our music was same level on both nights. Gate of the private beach gets locked early.
