Nice air-conditioner, HOT shower, very clean quarters, comfortable bed and QUIET at night.

Great location - around a 15-minute walk to both Trastevere centre and Testaccio, making it very convenient for exploring Rome and restaurants. We also liked the apartment-style setup, which made the stay feel comfortable and independent. The first day can be a bit confusing with the gates and access codes, but once you get used to it, everything becomes smooth and easy. The room had everything we needed (water, snacks, TV, AC, toiletries, etc.). Also, a special thank you to Marco, who kindly let us leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout - much appreciated!

Our specific room was not very clean, there was a sewage smell issue, and it felt a bit dark. Nothing dramatic, but definitely areas that could be improved.

Hard to find and enter but they called us over WhatsApp and once we did it once was easy after that

The actual room was beautiful, beds are large and comfortable, the bathroom is great and quite large. The check in process was direct and clear- the host was very direct

The location is in an odd area outside of Trastavere. It’s about a 18 minute walk into the touristy part of the neighborhood and not very scenic. The building is very odd and we were expecting a resort- rather than a few rooms in a residential apartment building so that was our fault for not reading reviews thoroughly.
