A very disappointing stay with poor cleanliness, no service and bad management.

You are only 10–15 minutes away from many places in Ajman. The area is generally quiet at night.

We had a very bad experience during our stay. We arrived at 3 PM but the rooms were still dirty and not ready. There was only one staff member, and he was very careless. When we arrived, we rang the doorbell many times and nobody answered. After about 30 minutes another guest opened the door and we managed to get in. After searching around, we found the only staff member sleeping in a very dirty kitchen. He woke up and told us to wait while he cleaned the rooms, and we had to wait another hour. After that, he disappeared and during our 4-night stay, we never saw him again. There was no service, no support and no hospitality. Although there was a kitchen, we were not allowed to use it. We were also not allowed to use the fridge or the TV. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay and I do not recommend this place at all.

The staff showed no responsibility or assistance, and complaints were completely ignored. This place needs serious inspection and management change. Total waste of money and time.

Bathroom and shower were clean and nice.

Mosque just few meters from the premises, very loud noise. This place shall only be recommended to muslims who like such a loud noises. No white sheets for mattress and piloows.

When i arrive , I see the Toilet out side of the room , I never accept the room and go to my car to rent anouther room . I asked the man there about rent anouther good room he refuse that and after some minuts in my car he came and said there is an available room but must you pay for me. I gave him 30 derham cash . The new room was too small and every thing shown froom the door but i accept it at last

Ár-érték arányban tökéletes!

Rugalmasak voltak a becsekkolást illetően. Átadásnál elmondtak mindent, kérdeznünk szinte nem is kellett. Vízforralót kértem a reggeli kávéhoz, 2 percen belül meg is kaptam. A szoba és a fürdőszoba mérete abszolút megfelelő, a szobák előtt van egy közös tér is, ami tiszta és használható (talán a wifi vétel jobb is itt)

A törülközők nem voltak teljesen tiszták, kissé savanyú szagúak voltak. Wifit gyakran ledobta a telefon, a szobában nem volt a legjobb a jel erőssége. Egy hűtőszekrény legalább a közös térbe nagyon jó volna!
