Crowded Room with unnecessary big wardrobes and furnitures.

Easy access and convenient to get the key

No towel for 2 people. No power source of extension - except only one plug. Room is too crowded with big unnessary furnitures.

Rude attitude and offensive staffs

The staff is so rude and treatented me very unprofessional and bad attitude infact after my stay i messaged him iam checking out he replied me saying if i will not be able to book in their property again he will not allow me to stay there i have his whatsup chat such an rude guy i regeret why i chose booking .com for keeping such an bad service provider.

No clear description of the room (ambiguous information) rude and non-helpful staff, and acting as if he is doing you a favor just answering your inquiry poor response the apartment looks like a prison and the room is a tiny, cramped, ugly and dirty cell in it The lighting and doors are bad and worst of all is the bedding which I think you could see better bedding in the worst prison

I'm puzzled by the positive reviews for this accommodation. I had problems with the water, and the mattress was completely stained with urine, which left a strong odor in the morning. The bathroom was filthy, with mold everywhere, and there were no windows in either the room or the bathroom. I expected a hotel room, but it turned out to be a room in a shared apartment.

.Location was right, easy to get parking, and restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't soundproof, and there was significant noise from 6am due to other guests. The shared washroom was another issue - it was packed from 6am, and we waited 2 hours but had trouble getting in. Staff instructed us to remove shoes outside the room and clean the room before leaving, which was unusual.
