Lovely Stay, would recommend.

The apartment was modern and clean. Felt like a home away from home. It was also in very close proximity to the bus and tram stops. Supermarket in walking distance and the area was quiet and my family felt safe. They also offer free onsite parking which we did not use. Would definitely stay there again.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but I guess this is based on individual needs and preference. The cleaner was there bang on 11:00am on the day of check out, was surprised there was no grace period.

Overall I didn’t have a good time here. I didn’t find the owners to be approachable at all. For starters it was peak sum

It was clean and easy to find.

For starters it was peak summer in Paris when I went. Very hot! -The apartment shows you beautiful open French windows in pictures but the living area windows are closed off by shutters. So essentially it’s dark with zero air because there’s no fans or air conditioning -The property says they have a functional fridge but the owner had locked it conveniently due to which all the foodstuff I was carrying went bad 🍓 - after you pay up for the place, they will ask you for an additional 300€ deposit which is crazy high ! - the property didn’t provide soap anywhere- for the dishes, for a bath or to even wash your hands, which I thought to be quite ridiculous. - The curtains in the room are transparent so you’re constantly being stared at by passerby’s of a not-so-great-neighbourhood. -I was coming directly from the airport so I requested the owner for a bit of an earlier check-in which was straight up declined inspite of the apartment showing up as available on Booking.com - This is far from a Parisian neighbourhood where I was actually followed by a guy on day 2 whilst returning from a mall close by. I didn’t find the overall vibe to be safe for solo travellers especially

Un appartement fantôme, de l'arnaque

Bonjour j'ai pas pu même voir l'appartement ni le code m'as pas été donné je suis arrivé devant l'appartement quand j'appelle on me demande de payer 300 euros de caution, donc une nuit de 430 euros, j'ai préféré payer hôtel ibis à côté de 96 euros qui ne m'a pas demandé une caution, c'est une arnaque cette appartement je vous le conseille pas

Au moment de la réservation dites tous, l'appartement étais à 30 euros j'ai été prélevé 130 euros après avoir les contacté, la raison de faire le nettoyage, or c'est au client de payer le nettoyage?

Nic nam się nie podobało,okolica, towarzystwo,zdjęcia nie oddają rzeczywistości. Po zapłaceniu i obejrzeniu pokoju uciekliśmy stamtąd.Pieniadze przepadły,kałcja również. Bądźcie uwarzni wybierając to miejsce .

Bon établissement mais des petites choses à revoir.

La situation pour mes besoins personnels de visite familiale,là propreté impeccable,le calme étonnant, les surfaces et le confort. Très bonne impression d’ensemble. je conseille cette établissement pour toutes ces raisons.

Le service de conciergerie à du oublié certaines choses. Pas de savon liquide , pas Même un misérable sachet de thé. Pas un torchon ou une bouteille d’eau au frigidaire. Rien donc de ce qui est indiqué dans le beau formulaire. Donc prenez des photos dès votre arrivée. Caution de 300 euros en empreinte bancaire . Et certains endroits endommagés par les locataires précédents. Dommage
