Disgusting household who will charge your bank card without authorization

The apartment is fine, but the householder is totally a disgusting person.

Take care, this householder will send a link to require for deposit, and once you enter your card details , they will directly charge you unauthorized fees after checking out! I lost 375euros, and the householder keeps saying these fees are refunded! They even cancelled my reservation to avoid I took money back. Don’t believe what they told under my comment, this is the worst person I’ve ever met! Don’t recommend you to choose this disgusting person, once you ask for dealing with problems, they will block your contact!!They don’t care whether you report the problem to booking.com at all!! And the apartment has plenty of rules and many additional charges once you checked in. The parking space is not free (which indicated as free online), the slipper is not free, the robe is not free and so on. I did my best and took photo as evidence to prove that the condition of apartment is good after checking out, but they don’t even return my deposit back. Shit, I lost 675euro in total during this stay, hope you guys will not.

There are lots of little issues, but nothing too massive

We liked the location, massive windows to let the evening air in. Beautiful views of the city Had everything you needed for your stay and did the job it needed to do.

The pillows had no substance to them, the pull out bed was a little dangerous and tipped my dad off of it when he rolled over in his sleep the last night. The spare bedding was actually stained big yellow patches all over, we only know this because it wasn't made up for us on arrival. Found cockroachs in the bathroom (did report to owners). Was a last minute booking and requested parking 3 times, only to turn up at 10.30pm with a 10 month old Baby to be told, we didn't book it and could not park then that we had to pay even more money for it, then eventually told when I asked that street parking was free.

Unpleasant!

It was a quiet location. The kitchen was nice but unfortunately I didn't need to use it!

Every soft furnishing ie, every rug, the curtains, sofa was vidibly stained & not very clean. The curtains were all hanging off the rails. The towels smelled terrible - of fried foods & stale cigarette smoke. Whilst the bedlinen was clean the duvet stank disgustingly if body odour & it was not a good experience to spend the night with the duvet. There were strong perfumed liquid incense sticks in every room ( be needed I assume to mask the other bad smells!) The toilet seat was ridiculous & practically unusable as it was too large & not fitted correctly & so kept falling off the toilet! I was happy to only book for one night & was glad to leave the following morning. Instead if buying new cheap decorative knick knacks these other issues above need to be sorted.

La caution a 300 euros pour une nuit !!! Le fait de pas pouboir acceder sans payer la caution . Trop pour ceux que cela est plis 400euros !!! Et en plus attendre plus d une semaine quel nous soit rendu . Obliger d annuler avec les frais biensur et non remboursable et j ai lutter pour que l on m enleve les frais ne reserver pas si vous avez pas 300 eurros

Mieszkanie było czyste, dobrze posprzątane. Z okolic mieszkania jest dobre połączenie pociągami do miasta, można było szybko podjechać pod metro.

C'est trop onéreux pour la prestation

L espace de l appartement avec un joli balcon et la situation géographique avec un emplacement au calme. Les consignes de départ et d arrivée bien claires.

L'odeur de tabac froid qui était imprégnée dans toutes les pièces de la maison horrible. Les oreillers hyper vieux biforme qui devraient être remplacés. Un bon coup de peinture pour entretenir l appartement et le remettre à un bon niveau de prestation.
