About this apartment rental
Guest house near Paris, the Stade de France, Enghien-les-Bains, and Montmorency. A newly built, tastefully decorated property with a small terrace.
Your home away from home for exploring Paris, visiting the Stade de France, and enjoying the lake and casino in Enghien-les-Bains or Montmorency and its forest at your own leisure!
The apartment is located in a pleasant setting: a residential neighborhood in downtown Montmagny. The train station is just a few minutes’ walk away; from there, you can reach Paris in 12 minutes (15 minutes to Châtelet-les-Halles). Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport is easily accessible. The French Vexin region, Auvers-sur-Oise, and Giverny are all within easy reach by train.
The accommodation
The rental is brand new. It’s on one level and features a small outdoor area facing the courtyard. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Montmagny, just a 12-minute train ride from Gare du Nord.
This gives you easy access to downtown Paris and its monuments and tourist attractions: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Champs-Élysées, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Montmartre, the Moulin Rouge, the Lido, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps...
Montmagny, where the rental is located, is ideally situated for visiting not only Paris but also the Impressionists’ Val d’Oise region (Argenteuil, Pontoise, Auvers-sur-Oise...).
You can also explore the surrounding area:
-Enghien-les-Bains, with its many shops, casino, prestigious spas, lake, and racetrack.
-Montmorency, the town where Jean-Jacques Rousseau once lived. Just a few kilometers away lies the vast Montmorency Forest.
-The Stade de France
-The French Vexin National Park
Maurice Utrillo, an internationally renowned painter, lived in Montmagny, and the town has honored him by installing numerous reproductions of his paintings in the town center and especially in Butte Pinçon Park, which is a 10-minute walk from the rental (jogging, walking).
Guest Access
The rental is located on the same lot as our home and another vacation rental. All three are accessed via an inner courtyard, which is entered through a gate on the street.
Additional notes
The rental can accommodate up to 4 people, as it features a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
For infants and young children, a travel crib can also be provided for our guests.

The apartment was excellent, clean and very comfortable. Everything was there that could be needed.
The only downside was the very weak wifi that sometimes dropped out completely.
A very enjoyable stay.
