Great location and cosy chalet

The chalet was in a unique location on a gorgeous valley surrounded by mountains. The bus stops are just outside of the accomodation and offer good connectivity to the surrounding area. Shower was very powerful and bathroom was nice.

There's no guest card or discount for travel so the bus in and out of Lauterbrunnen everyday is very expensive. There is no ventilation in the bathroom so it gets mouldy and needs to be vented better. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bed is far too small for a double! Bits of furniture were broken like one of the chair legs and one of the kitchen cupboards. They gave us no spare bin bags, tea towel or towels for the shower.

Great stay close to many places for visiting. Easy checkin.

Great location to visit places around. Very comfortable rooms and easy check-in and checkout. On a question asked via messeging, there was a prompt response. The kitchen was well equipped with most of needed things.

Although a great kitchen with many things, there was a small shortage of cutlery. Maybe a top up on these would make the place perfect.

A good place to go back to but I wouldn't recommend if you want to spend any significant time inside

The property is in the perfect location for what we wanted to do while staying but could be a little out of the way if you don't have transport. There is a bus stop across the road and easy train connections. There were fresh towels and bedding.

There were no essentials such as milk which you would expect to be included for the price. The Tv wouldn't work and would only pick up static, the remote was also broken. The light in the bedroom was hanging down by the wires and is relatively unsafe.

N/A. But there was supposed to be a full kitchen and we bought coffee and bread prior to arrival only to find there was no coffee maker or toaster!

We actually did not even stay due to the many concerns we had. We choose to leave the property and find a hotel in town. We had sent a few messages to the host and phoned, no response. The apartment did not have a full kitchen, there was no toaster or coffee maker (photos on booking.com website showed these). We had purchased groceries in advance anticipating we could make coffee and toast. There were no towels to dry dishes or a clean dishcloth to wash dishes. There was a dirty rag and sponge by the kitchen sink. The dishrack was dirty and the tray underneath it was dirty. The carpets were dirty, plus the stairwells and landings were dirty and cluttered. The bed had 2 pillows and there was no response when 2 more were requested. The door to the suite was extremely difficult to lock and unlock. Due to all these concerns, we were not comfortable to spend 4 days. It was also very concerning that the host could not be contacted, they have never replied days later. There has been absolutely no contact from the host or offers to improve the situation or offer a refund.

Nice stay out of the tourist rat race in town.

Location was awesome out of town along bus line so easy to get to. Good to stay out of town because town is only small but totally overcrowded by Mumbai and Shang Hai visitors. Wonderful waterfalls all around. Beautiful mountains all around.

Disgusting

The kitchen — the only common space — was a complete disaster. For €500 a night, you’d expect basic cleanliness and respect for guests, but we found the opposite. On arrival, there were dirty plates in the dishwasher and a terrible smell coming from a mouldy cloth. Cabinets were crammed with mismatched, random glasses and plates; one was even stocked with leftover food, some expired since 2023. The pans were rusty, with bits of old food still on them, and most appliances were outdated or barely working. The walls were in real need of a coat of paint. There was no microwave, no washing machine, and not even basic supplies like trash bags. For this price, the lack of care and maintenance was simply unacceptable.

Would stay again.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. There was a tiny snafu when we arrived, but the host corrected it right away and made it up to us by paying for our dinner. The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do/places we wanted to visit.

Really disappointed experience...

The view around house is good

The room is self check-in, but the they DID NOT send me any messages about it, when I arrived, no one was there, no way to enter, felt like a fraud, I almost rebooked another place... Very frustrating! The was a weird smell in restroom, and spiders there, looks like not used for a long time. The hand shower was broken, water spread everywhere, I could hardly take a shower. I stayed for two nights, asked for wifi password day1, but no response til I check out. Poor service! There is a private door in the room, don't know what's inside, felt really creepy, I guess the weird smell in the shower room came from the private room, cause it's next to it.

A charming chalet with breath taking views - and inspite of its flaws, we enjoyed our stay here.

The view. Simply magnificent. Clean sheets and towels. Functional kitchen.

The 4pm check-in. For a town that sleeps at around 6pm, this policy is totally not fair. An entire day is literally wasted. No TV, molds on bathroom sink, far from civilization (but near a bus stop), narrow curtains. Dirty plates (from previous guests maybe) in the dishwasher. No washing machine. An eerie "old people" smell. Outdated furnitures. Dirty refrigerator.

Old, Dirty, loud and stay away.

The apartment is not the same as the pictures. The toilet is very old and mouldy. The host did not respond and responded only after check out, regarding the parking and the apartment. Sounds of the cars could be heard throughout the nite. Very cold and hot water didn’t work well. Fridge was dirty, u can see the mould and bed wasn’t comfortable. Extremely disappointed.

Place recommended but host are totally unresponsive

The stay at the Chalet was nice. The apartment was spacious and clean. I recommend it. The location is also convenient and beautiful. Although I would like to point out few things: 1. We were 3 but they just provided linen for 2. 2. Even if they say there is parking, there might me some cars already parked and you might not get space. 3. Third and the biggest is the host was totally unresponsive. Even after texting on the app or WhatsApp or even calling on 2 different numbers they provided, they never responded. Literally never. I could have asked for linen or anything missing in the apartment but they never replied so it was pointless. I asked them to help me with parking, even then there wo no reply for 2 days of our stay. The place is nice but our experience with host (ghost) was not nice (nothing).

Die Wohnung hatte einen üblen Geruch, der auch durch Lüften nicht fortzubringen war. Das Geschirr und die Pfannen waren nicht sauber. Die Wohnung lieblos eingerichtet.

Gemütliche Wohnung im Lauterbrunnental

Das Lauterbrunnental ist sehr schön, die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb des Dorfes. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist schön, die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einiges müsste erneuert werden ( Küchenschranktür unterm Lavabo, Betten, Fenster). Man muss die Buszeiten gut beachten, sonst läuft man lange ins Dorf.

Nuestra estancia en el Chalet fue simplemente perfecta. La ubicación es inmejorable: rodeada de un paisaje espectacular, tranquila y al mismo tiempo cercana a todo lo necesario. El lugar es muy cómodo, perfectamente equipado y cuidado en cada detalle, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Todo estuvo impecable:la limpieza, las instalaciones, la decoración y la calidez del ambiente, reflejando el cariño con que se mantiene el lugar. Fijn appartement voor een aantal dagen in Lauterbrunnen en omgeving.

Ligging is goed, mooi appartement met goede bedden. Goed verzorgd. Keuken is volledig.

Ze hadden een afvoerprobleem met de douche en wastafel. Verder alles prima.

bijna alles , kwam totaal niet overeen met het plaatje mijn man heeft MS en dan op de zolderverdieping geen pretje alles was muf donder door al het hout geen koffiezetapparaat tv die er stond werkte niet geen prullenbak [Emmer] koelkast waarvan het vriesvak niet open ging ivm hoekbank , alle zeepdispensers lagen los , de trap naar boven lag bezaaid met persoonlijke spullen voor onze deur stond een behangtafel. een kookplaatje dus maaltijden maken niet mogelijk. een schande voor de verhuur. parkeerplaatsen meer verhuur dan parkeerplaatsen en wanneer je uitstapte dan waren kaplaarzen nodig vanwege het regenwater en de blubber..

Propre et pratique

Le chalet est très bien situé avec une place de parking (très appréciable par rapport au village) et très propre. Le lit est confortable, le canapé-lit satisfaisant. Les équipements sont complets. La vue et la table dans le jardin sont appréciables mais à partager entre les 4 appartements.

La décoration est sommaire et l'appartement assez sombre. Il serait intéressant d'indiquer dans l'annonce à quel appartement correspondent les photos (le nôtre n'était pas dans les photos) et une liste plus complète des équipements présents (cafetière à piston, serviettes, lecteur DVD) et absents (pas de torchons, draps pour le canapé-lit) pour que les voyageurs puissent prévoir.

Las camas muy grandes y cómodas .Esta un poco retirado del pueblo pero tiene aparcamiento gratis en el alojamiento y una parada de bus enfrente.

La cocina necesita una limpieza a fondo. ( Fogones,hornos etc..)..

Apartemento en las afueras de lauterbrunnen

Los colchones de muelles no eran muy buenos,solo dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico y uno empezado para 5 días, no había papel de cocina o paños de cocina. Aunque le pregunté para que servía una tarjeta que suponemos era nuestra que estaba en un tablón a la entrada no nos explicaron para que era. Nos cambiaron las toallas al segundo día pero solo las de baño llevándose la de lavabo por lo que utilizamos una de baño para lavabo que era incomodo .El cuarto de baño renovado pero la ventana dejaron la vieja pero lo peor es que estaba sucia y el techo con humedad necesitaba una mano de pintura. La cocina necesita un cambio o por lo menos una limpieza a fondo de los fogones y el extractor. Para el precio que pagamos 1390 euros por 5 noches esperaba mejores condiciones.La mesa con sllas del exterior faltas de pintura y el jardín totalmente descuidado . Una lampara en el salon como punto de luz no había solo lamparas en el techo.

יש בדירה את מה שצריך בשביל לחמם ואף לבשל באמצעות מיקרוגל וכיריים אינדוקציה שבמטבח. מקרר קטן אך פועל היטב. חדר השינה גדול. מהחלונות רואים ושומעים את המפלים שבסביבה, וחשים היטב את המיקום הייחודי בעמק לאוטרברונן.

מי שמחפש דירה חדישה או מאוד מרווחת עלול להתאכזב, הכל פועל ונקי אך קצת ספרטני ולא בעיצוב חדשני. מבחינתנו היה כדאי לקחת את הדירה, כי הסך הכל שווה את המחיר והיה לנו כל מה שהיינו צריכים.

konumu muhteşem, böyle bir yerde konaklamak herkes için rüya olabilir. kaldığımız ev de isviçrede görebileceğiniz konaklardan birisiydi. oda büyük, mutfak ve tuvalet temiz.

tesiste hiçbir personel yok, ayrıca konak içerisinde tesis ile alakası olmayan farklı kişiler de yaşıyor. çatı katında kaldım ve hemen yan oda kapısında "privat" yazıyordu, sanırım tesisin başka kiracılarıydı ve gürültülülerdi. ayrıca odada yine kapısında "privat" yazan bir kapı vardı ve kapı açılmasa da bu beni gerdi. fiyat çok yüksek, ev eski

Ev çok temiz ve güzeldi. Sessiz, sakin bir ortamda güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev sahibi de çok ilgiliydi. Memnun kaldık, tekrar gelmek isteriz.
