No bottled waters are provided, only hot-ambience-cold water dispenser at each floor, what a good start to a wonderful stay while reducing single-use plastic bottles. There isn't even a need to boil water to make my hot drinks. Even coffee and tea barista is at your service at the hotel lobby. And for immediate experience with local food drink, the famous Cecil Market is just a stone throw away. Next trip will see me trying other Citadines Connect in Georgetown.

Can for business trip with wife, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good, there was food around the area. There was free coffee too, which was a good warm touch. Overall, worth the value.

Walking distance , less than 5 minutes to Cecil Street hawker food stalls near the wet market. Hotel room is small (Deluxe twin room) and has an indoor pool. Coffee is available in the reception area. Staff makes good coffee. The pillows are hard but was advised that they don't have softer pillows. Overall, it has a good location but is considered over priced for the room and facilities.

I had booked this location on Agoda for a brief holiday with my psrtner and our furkid and was pleasantly happy when I found it decently value for money - at RM 1,440 for 4 nights. The drawback is - just days before we were due to check in I received notifications that bringing a pet entails a 50% additional surcharge! These were not stated upfront and hidden within their lengthy terms and conditions. In any case since we had made plans and were looking forward to the trip, we decided to press on. Although the hotel gave me a small discount, I ended up still paying another RM 600 making it a total of above RM 2,000 for the 4 nights there making it averagely RM 500 per night. Now there were NO additional items provided at all for our pet, not pee pads, diapers or even meals containers. The room - which we had to take a King Deluxe on the ground floor, was very small with narrow walking space. We had to take our own drinking water from the water dispenser outside and besides a small gym, coffee machine, lobby seating area, and swimming pool, there were no other facilties. No restaurant, no bar, nothing else. The parking area within the outside area of the hotel was narrow and at best could fit 8 cars. The hotel must have around 30 rooms or more and you can imagine us guests constantly worried is we had space to park when coming back from a day out; thankfully besides one day where I had to park in a place allocated to me by the guard - which turned up to have obstructed others and needing me to go out and move my car - we did not face other issues. Look, we are happy to have found a pet friendly hotel, but for the price, the size, amenities/facilties etc - and the fact that the surcharge was not spelled out clearly up front - make us not happy to recommend this place to any other pawrents...
