Location great, but . . .

Location, security, facilities, furnishings, inclusions - a lovely apartment with a great view.

Aircon rarely worked. It was eventually fixed after a wait of 2 days (no maintenance on the weekend) but then stopped working again before the next weekend, so again no maintenance. These were also two very hot weekends - over 31 deg C. A car parking space was essential to us as we were travelling with a hire car needing multiple In/Out travel options each day, but for 2 days, building maintenance on the apartment's designated parking level prevented us from parking the car there at all during the day - a big problem.

Werden im Juni nochmals in Szczecin sein. Garantiert heißt unsere Unterkunft Hanza Tower.

4 Übernachtungen, 3 Erwachsene (2 Schlafzimmer) im Januar. Super hilfreiche Informationen (Anfahrt, Schlüssel, Wege- und Fahrstuhlnutzung, Pool- und Sauna-Nutzung, Parkplatz etc.) im Vorab per E-Mail erhalten. Hat alles super, ohne Probleme geklappt. Apartment wie in der Beschreibung mit gigantischen Blick über Szczecin (12. Etage). Gut abgestimmte, geschmackvolle Einrichtung im gesamten Apartment. Schöner, großer Pool mit 2 Saunen zum relaxen im Hanza Tower zur freien Nutzung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäckerei) in unmittelbarer Umgebung, ebenso Lokalitäten.

Leider schloss die Tür zum Balkon nicht richtig dicht. Keine Kälte, aber doch ein störendes, leichtes Pfeifen, wenn der Wind drauf kam.

Es hat alles gepasst.

Mit der Aussicht auf ein nächtliches Lichtermeer, was abends immer schön war, ließ es sich in dem geräumigen Appartement gut relaxen und auch arbeiten. Schnelles WLAN, gute Matratze, gute Dusche, alles da :) Dass man auf dem Tisch noch einen Mini-Weihnachtsbaum platzierte fand ich zu Weihnachten sehr aufmerksam. Fußläufig, 2 Min. ist ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat, der reichte völlig aus für meine Einkäufe.

Noch Batterien in die elektrischen Mühlen und eine einfache Erklärung, wie man in den Pool kommt und wie es dort abläuft, aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Super lokalizacja, położenie na 24 piętrze z widokiem na miasto, bardzo wysoki standard apartamentu, bardzo fajna aranżacja pomieszczeń, ciepło miło jak w domu dostęp do basenu, siłowni, tarasu widokowego.

Brudne koce od krwi , brudny dywanik w salonie , urwany wieszak w łazience uszkodzona szafka pod tv( starczy lekko podmalować) uszkodzony lub nie kompletny mop. - takie małe rzeczy konserwacyjne, ale mimo moich uwag było super i będę polecał ta lokalizację.

Der Ort ist einen Besuch wert und es lohnt sich. Die Zeit meines Aufenthalts war sehr schön

Der Besitzer des Apartments war sehr nett. Es gab zwischen mir und den Mitarbeiter einen kleinen Missverständnis und der Besitzer (Dominik) kam zu mir und hat sich entschuldigt und uns einen Obstkorb geschenkt.

Es gab einen Missverständnis, dass meine Frau und Tochter wegen den Burkini nicht schwimmen durften, jedoch wurde dies geklärt.

Sehr schönes und modernes Apartment

Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, die Möbel sehr modern. Die Küche gut ausgestattet, der Sofa sehr bequem.

Ein ganzkörper Spiegel haben wir sehr vermisst, man will sich komplett ansehen bevor man raus geht. Wir hätten eine Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee sehr gerne in der Wohnung gehabt, um morgens und Nachmittags die Aussicht extra zu genießen. Aber was uns am meisten gefehlt hat, war die Übersetzung / Schilder im Gebäude um zB Schwimmbad, Eingang, Ausgang, Sauna, Müllentsorgung zu finden oder die Wellness und Beauty Angebote in Anspruch nehmen zu können. Alles war auf Polnisch und so fühlt man sich auch ausgeschlossen. Aber das Personal war sehr hilfsreich

Centralt beliggende i gåafstand til ALT! Virkelig skøn, lys og rummelig lejlighed til en familie på 4.

Det kunne være godt med ladestandere til parkeringskælderen. Afløbet i bruseren stoppede hurtigt til, flere gange, men vi tømte den bare.

Skøn lejlighed på 24. etage med en fantastisk udsigt ud over byen. Privat parkeringsplads i kælderen. Kan varmt anbefales, hvis man gerne vil bo i lækre omgivelser.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen.😉

Die Aussicht, die Stadtnähe alles großartig, der Pool und die Sauna ein Muss. Sind öfter im Hanza Tower und bis jetzt war dies die geräumigste Wohnung.

In einem Schlafzimmer war tatsächlich das Fenster undicht und hat die ganze Nacht gepfiffen. Und unter dem Bett lag noch Wäsche vom vorherigen Gast. Auch eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt. Keine Ahnung ob das meckern auf hohem Niveau ist. Soll jeder für sich entscheiden.

Sehr schön wir kommen wieder.

Das Apartement war sehr schön. Der Ausblick grandios. Schwimmhalle und die flauschigen Bademäntel waren super.

Auf jeden Fall fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine und Mobiliar auf dem Balkon.
